Lars Snellaars graduated from the Design Academy Eindhoven, one of Europe’s leading design institutes, where he was taught by renowned designers such as Piet Hein Eek, Jurgen Bey, Richard Hutten, Gerard van de Berg, Bert-Jan Pot, Gijs Bakker and Hella Jongerius. This environment shaped his vision: design should not only be beautiful, but meaningful, functional and timeless. After graduating in 2006, Lars continued his studies with an additional year in architecture, further strengthening his ability to think spatially and translate ideas into built environments. From the very beginning of his career, Lars has been driven by a fascination for creating complete experiences, from furniture and interiors to architecture and full concept development. His work is characterised by a strong narrative, refined material use and a deep attention to detail. Every project starts with a vision and evolves through sketches, research and collaboration into a carefully crafted design. Over the years, Lars has developed a portfolio of residential and hospitality projects, always working at the intersection of design, architecture and lifestyle.
After moving with his family to the south of Spain, Lars expanded his practice beyond design alone. Inspired by the landscape, culture and lifestyle of the Mediterranean, he started developing projects for international investors who share the dream of creating unique places in southern Europe. Today, Lars leads a flexible and experienced team of architects, construction managers and creative professionals. Together they guide projects through every stage of the process, from identifying the right location and analysing investment potential to designing the architecture and interiors, managing the development and delivering the final project as a turnkey result. This integrated approach allows clients to rely on one creative vision throughout the entire process, ensuring consistency, efficiency and high-quality execution.
